We are Majestic Radio we specialise in easy listening music.
We broadcast worldwide and we are based in Merseyside, England.

We was originally a station that specialised in rock music and we were originally known as Diamond Rock Radio which was founded by Leslie-John Benn.

Leslie also set up another radio station called Rock Steady Radio and she decided that is the one she wanted to move forward with.

She decided to ask Ryan Schofield if he wanted Diamond Rock Radio which he immidatley said yes too and he took it under his wing.

Before starting this station Ryan had already ran a few internet radio stations including his own called Your Hits Radio.
Your Hits Radio specialises in hit music of all genres.

After Ryan had taken on Diamond Rock Radio he quickly made the decision to convert it into a station that specialises in easy listening hit music that would run along side his main station, Your Hits Radio.

He chose to rename this radio station to Majestic Radio, with the word 'majestic' meaning something with impressive beauty or scale.
